Buying
What does Buyer Protection cover? Every purchase is covered - if your item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, we'll make it right.
What are the buying fees? A 2.5% Payment Protection Fee applies to all purchases, included in the price you see at checkout. No hidden charges.
What if an item isn't as described? Contact us ASAP and we'll help resolve it - refund, return, or replacement depending on the situation.
How do I know a seller is trustworthy? Check their reviews and sales history on their profile before you buy - every completed sale builds their track record.
Selling
When do I get paid? Once the buyer confirms they've received the item, or automatically 14 days after you mark it as shipped if no issue is reported. Funds are deposited directly to your nominated bank account.
What if my item doesn't sell? If your item isn't selling, start by improving your listing - add clear photos, include all key details, and write a complete description. You may also want to check how your price compares to similar items to stay competitive.
How do I ship my items? We provide a prepaid shipping label for every sale by default. You pack your gear securely and drop it off to an Australia Post Store or Post Box.
What are the selling fees? A 2.5% Transaction & Payout Fee applies to all completed sales. There are no listing fees - you only pay when your item sells.
