When do I get paid?
You'll receive payment as soon as the buyer approves the sale - or automatically 10 days after you mark the order as shipped, whichever comes first. Fund will automatically be deposited to your bank account.
What are the selling fees?
Listing is free. You only pay when your item sells - a 3.5% transaction fee on the sale price of the item. The fee will be deducted from the total sale amount before it is deposited to your bank account.
How do I ship my items?
We provide a prepaid shipping label for every sale by default. You pack your gear securely and drop it off to a Australia Post Store or Post Box.
What if my item doesn't sell?
If your item isn't selling, start by improving your listing - add clear photos, include all key details, and write a complete description. You may also want to check how your price compares to similar items to stay competitive.
