When do I get paid?

Once the buyer confirms they've received the item, or automatically 14 days after you mark it as shipped if no issue is reported. Funds are deposited directly to your nominated bank account.

What if my item doesn't sell?

If your item isn't selling, start by improving your listing - add clear photos, include all key details, and write a complete description. You may also want to check how your price compares to similar items to stay competitive.

How do I ship my items?

We provide a prepaid shipping label for every sale by default. You pack your gear securely and drop it off to a Australia Post Store or Post Box.

What are the selling fees?

A 2.5% Transaction & Payout Fee applies to all completed sales. There are no listing fees - you only pay when your item sells.
