How does the trade-in process work?

Submit your boots through the form and we’ll send you a valuation within 24 hours. You’ll receive:


• A resale price estimate
• A cash trade-in offer
• The option to list the item yourself

How do I send my boots?

You can either ship your boots to us using a prepaid shipping label, or drop them off in person.

• Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid label once you accept the offer. The cost is deducted from your final payout.
• Drop-off: You can drop your boots at our Adelaide office (Grote Street) by appointment.

What items can I trade in?

We currently accept selected football boots (soccer, AFL, rugby) from major brands. To be eligible, boots should:

• Have an original retail value of $75+
• Be purchased within the last 3 years
• Be in good condition

What gear isn’t accepted?

We don’t accept heavily worn or damaged items, gear over 3 years old, counterfeit products, large equipment, or items with an original retail value under $100.

When do I get paid?

Once your item is received and inspected, payment is processed within 24 hours via bank transfer or digital gift card.

Do I have to accept the trade-in offer?

No - you can choose to list the item yourself instead.
